Due to this I really recommend, switching off your mobile devices, grabbing your walking shoes and taking a walk somewhere quiet e.g. a park, the countryside or maybe just a walk down your road.

Depending on your symptoms, walking may not be an option, so instead why not see if you can sit outside in your garden and enjoy the nature close to you or simply open all of your windows and enjoy that spring breeze in your comfortable chair.
